126 days NoFap & Porn

Hi guys, and adults like me, now close to 50, today are 126 days without porn and without masturbating me, but being married from time to time I make love to my wife. In these 4 months I have changed a lot, at first I was skeptical, having failed more than once even close to 90 days, probably were attempts to prepare for change. Today I still have every now and then the temptation to masturbate, and if I see images even of female girls in bikinis I don't insist on looking at their private parts, I try to go further without making an illness, however I resist with less difficulty. If I look back at how I was, I am horrified, I was an automaton, I was going forward by inertia, today I begin to decide about my life, to act, to learn new things, I am taking the 2nd degree of chef, and then I think that I would like to enrol in university. But I still have to think about it.
