Step by step, from begining I decided to have goals every month: 30, 60, 90 days. Now it is time for the next 30 days, meaning 120 days. Here is my observation after 3 months without P and M: The first two months were really good (no P and M and O), seen a few improvements (self esteem, less anxiety, better sleep, controlling anger much better, improved marriage, great time with a daughter) but in the last month after coming back to making love with my wife and a few orgasms - it created much, much bigger difficulties (chaser effects, feeling weaker physically, strong urges to come back to watching films on youtube - did not have them in the first 60-70 days). I have to think it over, it seems that orgasms doesn't help in the recovery in my case and the same time sexual interaction with my wife is important. Probably after talking with her (if she is okay with that) we'll reduce it as much as possible.
