    Hlo guys I joined NoFap 30 minutes ago. I know to enter nofap website you should 13 years old. I am a male and I started watching porn and masturbating 8 or 7 months ago and I want to get rid of it so I found nofap. Now I will tell how I feel now my concentration is not so good and I overthink a lot. My energy get drained after masturbating and I feel sad about small things. I am on day 0. I hope you like my introduction pls help me.
