Today was a very hard day as I felt pain in my testicles as if they are really heavy. Had to put ice on them. I do NOT crave porn no masturbation but I crave physical intimacy in a normal relationship (Single at the moment). It gets easier if you keep yourself busy, and you can keep yourself busy by forcing yourself into engagements: Sign up for volunteering, cross-fit, attend cultural events after hours, or even work more if you have to.
