Despite the fact that I promised myself, I opened a few websites hoping that only watching porn would suffice my urges but I was so wrong. Now I am feeling guilty and as of right now I have reset to day 1. Did this happen to anyone else who have been successful so far because getting rid of porn addiction was even harder than I thought!
Yes, Multiple times. Longest streak I've been on was 16 days, until the thought of watching porn appeared. Thinking that would satisfy my urges, of course it didn't, P lead to M than the O. Now whenever the thought of porn arises I try my hardest to avoid it, because I know it leads to the domino effect (P-M-O) Keep at it bro, isn't easy but you'll meet your end goals eventually! best of luck!
I've done the same thing. I agree with @RyGuy that it is a domino effect. Delete and avoid the triggers in your life.
