100+ days. Still social anxiety, single for 8 years

Nofap is not a magic pill. You still need to put yourself out there and mingle. Doing nofap doesn't necessarily mean girls will come to you. You need to get out of your comfort zone that's the only way anyone can ever succeed at anything. I used to be like you until I grew a pair of balls and started talking to girls and putting myself in situations where I can meet friends etc. Look at your lifestyle.. what can you change? Are you still playing video games 8 hrs a day? are you still eating like shit? Nofap doesn't cure everything. The main benefit I got from Nofap was the motivation and desire to reach my goals. Nofap helped me put myself in uncomfortable situations. Nofap gave me the energy to work on myself. I used to have insane social anxiety. What really helped with that was going to the bars by myself and meeting random people. It was hell but I got through it and I'm socially so much better off.

 

I must say you should not long for girls like this. Four years before you had sex so you will have that in the future dont worry. In my case when I am on hard mode after 90 days or so when girls want to be with me, I leave the place by saying excuses as I know if I play around I will be playing around with my dick later on for a week. It is difficult for me to maintain a streak after sex.
Basically what I want to say is dont go out thinking you want to have sex. If you talk to them as you dont want anything from them and enjoy the time. This way you will not have any anxiety and the success rate of your having sex is more.
