I have obtained a new milestone in my journey. No porn or no masturbation, I still have looked at websites regarding sex workers. And I have gone to see sex workers. My face looks really healthy for the most part. I have learned so much about my brain, and how to combat your brain's little wishes that mostly have bad outcomes. I try to perceive my brain as another entity of its own. It will find excuses why it probably won't hurt my process to just peek at porn. Your brain is lazy, and will find the shortcuts in about every area of your life, why work hard for something, when you can get instant gratification. This is why I emphazise taking cold showers, which builds this will-power muscle. I don't really like cold showers but I know the outcome is far greater than not. Hope you defy porn and quit it for good, it's the best self-help tool out there. Quit porn.

Congrats on 104 days! Great streak. Hope I will get there too and do not lose focus for even one day.

I like that you are personifying that which you try to stop in its tracks.

I do it too, though with a slightly different approach. I make a distinction between right and left brain, where the left (primitive, emotional, lymbic) is the one firing up urges through emotions and the right (evolved, logical, thinking) one is your consciously thinking you, who very well knows what's best for him and who controls what physical action you take with your body.
Your conscious self creates thoughts (if you tell yourself to think about elephants, then what do you think about?), but your emotions cause (tricky) thoughts as well. You describe it as "It will find excuses".
To make the picture complete, I believe that emotions (and the accompanying tricky thoughts), since they are part of life, must be observed rather than acted upon, expected to arrive and pass by rather than fought against (which is difficult and usually fails unless you leave the physical triggering situation you're in and go do something else).
