Day 1 completed successfully! As planned went to bed at 10:30 pm, but tossing more than 12:00 am I beleive Couldn't wake up at 6:00 am, my mind said to me or literely convinced me to go back to sleep and pleaded me to wake up at 7:30 am But, I woke up and said to me from tomorrow I can start at 7:30 am and this lie is great actually, because I felt really good post workout. So, Everyday will be a battle for sure and intensity of the battle equals to number of days I am an Athlete and I can face any battle Trust the process
Day 2 completed successfully!!! Disturbed sleep, and still active thoughts while waking up( Didn't get quality sleep ). It takes time I understand, since I usually wake up at 9:00 to 10:00 so long After I wake up, my mind convince me to go back to bed. Fortunately I didn't obey At night I am having a mindset of getting up at 6:00 am but when waking up it was so tough I am sure tomorrow too will be the same and I need to win the battle Craving for junk started in the evening and somehow I didn't indulge any junk I am an athlete and I win for sure with the battle in me. Stick to the Process
