My weakness is morning wood. I mean that's when my desire is at its peak, and then i usually fail there. How do you combat it?
I Get out of bed as fast as possible and by not having my phone/pc near me until I calm down(usually after going to the toilet and having breakfast). Try to wake up with a real alarm rather than your phone. And if that's not enough, have a cold shawer when you wake up. Make a habit of it.
