It's a normal part of any reboot to feel this way. There's nothing wrong with it. It's just an emotion and it will eventually fade away.
Ya, after I relapse and trade my soul for wrongful pleasure. I mean when one watches porn, they are tuning into energy that is basically on the same level as an immoral man whom would rape a beautifil woman if this were a lawless land, if there was no government, this world would become a wasteland of looting and raping. This type of behavior is on the same moral level of those involved in pornography.
I get very happy and peaceful a month or so into staying away from porn and masturbation, flatlines are for neuro geeks, I'm a man of virtue and honor and concerned with doing what is right, this is happiness enough for me. To correct what is wrong in my own heart. To be a protector of the dignity of beautiful women in this world of immoral and selfish lustful low minded men.

If I get too into a hug, would that be breaking my PMO goals? Or just be too creepy with my wife/friends?
Too much coffee during the day keeps me up at night, which makes me tired during the day, so I drink more coffee...
It's not hard to fix it back actually .Personally, after sleeping early for about 3 days it becomes a routine. Don't know if it works for you ...
Cut off caffeine completely and your sleep will be tremendously better. I quit caffeine about a month ago and sleeping is getting much better.

It's not the long walk home that will change this heart, But the welcome I receive with every restart. -Mumford
