  Just remember, go at your pace, it's 100% ok and allowed to say you don't want to have sex- the other person should respect your boundaries, having a date does not equal automatic sex- take your time and wait until you are ready.

Beginning of day 3. I had no trouble getting to sleep thanks to several series of sit-ups and push-ups. One day at a time :-)
