Wow...Day 5! Every women I see a picture with, I start imagining naked. Any of you got an advice how to cope with this urge?
Thank you for your advice! I have already been meditating regularly for 3 years every day, due to a stress condition I suffered from. And yes meditation is so amazing and have already helped me immensely :)
Day 6/7. Almost reached the 7-day goal. Small urges. Feeling stressed and unwell. However will not use PMO to cure it.
4/7 days completed! Girls outside starting to become real triggers. Must keep busy to avoid a relapse!
Day 3 done! Hard work. No matter how many times i try this challenge, abstinence, makes my body crave for PMO, despite the consequences...
Day 2: Went to watch a soccer game, did some work on my master thesis and worked out. Urges are getting stronger...
