I know, it sucks. I was on my best streak, 7 days, until I relapsed last week on Monday :(

if i relapse so often, am i even doing nofap?

@nelloJ Simply : yes. Everytime you realise that it is a relapse, and still want to quit right after, at least a part of your brain knows that this is not what you want. Focussing and strengthening that part (the decision maker) over your urges is what will, God Willing, set you free :)
