    Triggers, probably a movie. Thinking about my ex girlfriend, who I just saw today with another man. Man did that hurt. I broke up with her because I thought is was the right thing to do. I still hurt now because she was a good woman to me. The pain hurts but I have to move forward.

    Ah, I've felt similarly. Was the break up recent? There is no immediate cure for something like this, it will fade in time. In the meantime try to catch yourself when you start thinking about her and redirect your thoughts.
