I am going to lick this but is is much harder than just quitting. There are emotional issues as well.

Changing the way I am is so much harder than I thought it would be. Starting over today and I will do better.

Changing my life is very difficult. I have to keep looking down the road - things will get better... "Don't stop thinking about tomorrow!"

I have anxiety and unexplained mood swings... I will make it, I just need to be patient with myself.

It is day 29 and I am doing fairly well. I think I am suffering some withdrawal issues...

I am starting today. This is the biggest challenge I have faced in years.
