Life is full of joy and challenges. Get up do something during the day and for fish sake stay off the computer as much as possible! Good luck and may the spirit be with you.
Because we are addicts and don't endure the withdrawal symptoms of rebooting but we will do It.Just start again.
3 rules to obey: hands above the belt, meditation daily (to get the mind clear) and NEVER really NEVER do not plan your day. good luck you can do it ;)
Nofap is indeed changing my life. I feel better every day. I never got involved in so many productive stuff before.
I just got online and I see everywhere people mentioning porn spamming. Can someone please tell me what happened?
Thanks. It might be him considering all the havoc he has been causing lately. His philosophy does not coincide with nofap's. Why does he just not leave?
Kurapika. Lol.I don't know if you are joking but I agree with you. Well, I just hope the moderators will take the necessary actions.
Not pmoing is crucial. But, when you do so, you find yourself yourself with tons of free time. Use themwisely. Then you will reap benefits.
Still productive. I am working on some big projects now. Pmo took so much time that I now have enough free time to do tons of projects.
Thanks guys. I am currently on day 3. Since my last relapse, I decided to remove internet from my lifestyle as much as possible and replace this free time with productive stuff.
I'm taking a personal oath today. I will post on nofap every day until I achieve my goal of no pmo for 100 days!
