My AP helps a lot. She helps me to make better choices and work through the near slips that I’ve had. It’s been messy, but by staying the course I hope I can eventually develop a habit of NOT masturbating.
I should also clarify, it’s a daily struggle … most days. So hard when I’m having urges. But there are days with very few urges, and I am hoping for more of those.
