Nearly cried myself to sleep last night from the years of loneliness. At this point, I would use PMO to feel better, but I refused

Throwing away my two Fleshlights that I haven't touched in 2 years. I don't need constant reminders of my past

No one can fix my fuck ups other than myself. I need to hold myself accountable and stop being weak

I think my biggest issue is I have a lot of free time on my hands, and it's all too easy to slip up

In the 6 years I've been doing NoFap, I must've failed at least 1000 times. The fact that I keep trying again shows my sheer determination

So I'm resorting to my unorthodox method that helped me last a whole month. Let's see if it works again

Even though I'm still MO'ing, I do notice that it's a lot more under control, and that's a great thing for me

I saved myself from PMO today by dragging my fat ass to the gym instead

It's a hard way out of hell / And I did it to myself / I'm at the point of no return

I'm surprised with my progress so far. My challenge is to keep pushing until the thoughts overwhelm me, then M once. Cold turkey won't work
