Yes. Almost to 30! The light at the end of the tunnel is a vacation of sorts - been working non-stop through (and on) the holidays. Haven't taken or had a day off (besides my normal days off) since last Spring.

To be busy helps the mind shift gears for the most part. Do you feel vulnerable on your days off, or is it easier to breeze through?

True. My experience is that urges are often less of a problem when I am very busy. And I do feel VERY vulnerable on my days off. Some of that might be balance. Working to exhaustion and enduring stress all week can lead to a NEED for relief on the weekend.
