Day 29/90. Flatline. Certainly takes the urges away. Shocking the shrinkage. Onwards.

Day 27/90. Woke up this morning feeling great. No overnight erection. No urge to orgasm. Take this as a view of what is to be ahead .

Day 26/90. Been interesting. Had near melt down but got it back under control. Almost 1/3 way now. Decided to do back to back 90’s.

Day 24. The cravings subsided again. Going to take advantage of this time. I know they will be back.

Day 23!! Just waking up. Another day free from pmo. What will today bring ??

Missed check in yesterday. Was a busy day. Having some noticeable cravings today. Must be the zone!! No playing. Staying focussed!!

Day 19/90. Feeling good today. No urges so far. Been very rewarding. So much more time for useful pursuits without PMO

Day 18!!! Some trials and tribulations but overall a great experience. Positive and moving towards my first 90 day cycle!!!

Into day 6. Not a wasted minute. Staying positive. 85 more days in this cycle.
