    The problem is spending time fantasizing. Next time you fantasize tell yourself, "I notice im fantasizing"and get up and get busy doing something like art, organize closets, go for a walk etc. It worked for me I hope it will work for you.

    Try meditation i tried it yasterday and it helps me, also try pushups or run in streets for sometime it may help you and don't watch any photos or videos that moves your desire even a little bit

    @Sean Edie "get up when I wake up" that is a sentence I identify myself in. What helped me do this is alarm clock of the phone and a purpose. The alarm clock solve the imediate problem, but I need a purpose also, so find your purpose, stick to it and work on it. Good luck Sean!

I have been addicted to porn for as long as I can remember and when I got saved 6 years ago have tried repeatedly to give up. I have been able to go as much as a week or two but when I fall it feels like I have to start again. The one thing I keep trying is a phrase that one of my pastors said to me once and that is "What do you think about when your not thinking of anything in particular?" It's a hard thing to do but it's a phrase that sticks in my mind when I'm trying to quit and thinking continually on Christ and his resurrection is Biblical
