Day 27 no pmo: a lot of learnings this past month. interest in porn has lessened significantly but I know it’s shadow will always is there.
Day 26 no pmo: I wanked last night. No porn though. First time in 10 days not masturbating. As long as no porn and less wanking I’m happy.
Nice job on 10 days! It's a good start but just be careful. This is a slippery slope because the only way to get off is by remembering the triggers. Best to abstain completely if you hope to go longer.
You’re both right and sound words of advice, thanks. I certainly found it easier coming off porn when abstaining from wanking. It’s so easy to fall off the wagon by succumbing to the triggers..in my case alcohol, stress, boredom and yes you’re right wanking too.
Day 26: I tested and with right sexual thought I got hard. Test proved. Now back to the task in hand. The 90 day challenge.
Day 24: erections non existent, I’m not horny or got desire to watch porn but still can drift into auto-pilot and start wanking.
Day 23 no pmo: in unchartered territory being over 3 weeks in. No erections in morning, and still zero sexual appetite. Is this a flatline?
Day 22 no pmo: 3 weeks in. Much better sleep, a drop in libido, more in control, more focused on gym. Need to watch caffeine and alcohol.
Day 21 no pmo: zero sexual appetite at mo. Makes things easier but also v unfamiliar territory as all I’m used to is having desire to pmo.
Day 20 no pmo: quality of sleep much better over last week. I’m also exercising more. feel angry at what porn does, no longer at its mercy.
Day 19 no pmo: morning erection good but crave a spontaneous one during the day. Feel good that I’m taking control and not at porn’s mercy.
Day 18 no pmo: erection this morning v strong. desire to look at porn is low but taking nothing for granted. Each day a small step forward.
Day 17 no pmo: mo’d yesterday but no porn. Stronger desire today since I came yesterday. Keeping away from porn though and mo’ing less.
Day 16 no pmo: having some sexual thoughts but nothing that brings a much sough after spontaneous erection. Not even watching porn now.
Day 15 no pmo: no interest in watching porn so it’s easy to forget. Erection strength is certainly better, but taking nothing for granted.
Day 14 no pmo: so I made the 2 week mark. Desire to look at porn lessened. Gym and walks helping as is limiting caffeine intake.
Day 10: not been past day10 for a long time. No desire to look at porn. Started reading more and gym daily is helping. Only 1 coffee a day.
Day 9: still find myself glancing at porn but no pmo. Going for a long walk…my record is 10 days so know this is the time I face temptation.
Day 8 no pmo: still tough..taking small steps. Trying to support myself as opposed to focusing on feelings of guilt. May go caffeine free.
Day 6 No Pmo. Found myself still drifting into watching porn but no pmo. Going full cold turkey today no porn. Time to hit the gym
Day 3: 2022 so far pmo free, but I’m not deluding myself I regularly get to a week and constantly fail. Any advice to keep on track?
