    Quite the opposite! Rather than feeling like you don't have enough time to quit PMO, you should feel you don't have enough time to PMO! Your brain is making excuses for yourself. Stop that! NF doesn't take time, on the contrary, it frees your time. Start it now and use the time you spend PMO'ing for your studies instead. Chances are you'll be better off in your exams.

    Timing is everything, i know if you could possibly set your exams back 3 months so you could complete Nofap and then get amazing grades. That would be a great motivator, everyone is surprised by what they can do when the rubber hits the road and the commitment is total
