If you want to get to 90, you're gonna have to dig your heels in, think real hard about how distract/trick/entertain yourself. It's as much strategy as it is willpower.

Yeah bro, back in 2009 I went almost half a year without PMO, but haven't done anything near that long since then. 16 days is my longest strong since 2009! Haha... This is the best I've done in ages. Keep going bro!
(I turned to my friends for help in multiple issues, including PMO and other personal problems. No one cares, no body helps, no one wants to listen except God.)
And the more you put yourself down, the more you will go down in your life. Stop feeling so down. If you are full of energy for PMO, you're also full of energy for better things in life :-)

hm... joining NoFap really changed my mindset. Everything fine atm. but also I started (with NoFap) at a time where I'm was not so depending on pmo and other distraction (anymore). Now is the time to get-off for me.
