For me also the time is saves @Galaxy S10e tremendously, ibwant to just inculcate good things now.n move in right direction... Mindfully I want to do.. @Christoph108 in budhism the emptiness is not hollow but mindful the way I could interpret
Thank you guys. that's an interesting take. I'll have to think about it and process how I feel about it, but I've not really thought about the fact that my newfound emptiness could open a door to mindfulness. That's definitely an encouraging thought.
