The only death I wish is death to the old self and being chained to PMO. Even though it may seem like it makes no sense at all (which is what the opposition is doing all it can to fool us into believing), let us take that seemingly improbable step forward into another day anyway, knowing we're weak and need help, but also knowing and truly believing no one is unforgivable, no one is beyond hope.

Death isn't good for anyone.

It fixes some problems. But it won't fix everything. It gives you the power to fix your life

Nofap doesn't fix al your problems. It leds you see and solve your problems. One benefit I certainly have is that depression's gone. Maybe you should start on not focusing on the nofap and more on your life improvement. Much succes!

Nofap can do a lot for you @Thehumanfailure, but it will take more than a week. Be patient. Also, it helps if you are willing to improve other areas of your life as well. :)
