  i had a 20 day streak last month and i somehow relapsed without porn and i felt my balls werent empty so i watched shitty p and did m to empty my balls to start fresh nov but i relapsed again i feel like real shit and ik im a man of will power since ivebeeen strong for the past 20 fucking days which is my longest ever and this tYM im gonna last much longer with regrets for my relapse which ive JAZT DONE

    Thanks brother, I’ve been having a hard time as well since I haven’t recovered from my break up... I’m currently on day 18. I swore that if I fail this time, I won’t be able change my life forever. I’ll be updating whenever I feel like giving up, you should too. Good luck brother.

    @Warrior Within is a 100% correct , it is a sign that your body is trying to keep up with the level of tension or excitement that you had while PMO, it'll soon decrease , ( at least, this is my opinion).

    Relax. It's not that hard. What excites you life? Whatever it is, use this time to chase knowledge and experience in that realm. This time that you could spend being a lazy loser and beating your meat could be spent learning a valuable skill.
    Want to know how I quit P years ago? I wanted to be able to retire well before 30 so I became obsessive. Be obsessive about something other than P.
