Jesus Christ I just about relapsed. Any advice for that moment when reason just totally abandons you and you won't listen to yourself?

Day 14. Mhhmm!

The most difficult part of this journey is not withstanding urges, but to hold the vision and the purpose and not let go.

Wow! Day 13 already. It feels like it's been months already, and the person on day zero feels unrecognizable at this point. Self-discovery.

Day 12: I've been dealing with a resurgence of depression. There's a lot to address outside of porn. Nonetheless, staying the course.

Day 11: I feel so much more expressive of love, appreciation, satisfaction, creativity, hope, and passion than I've ever been in my life.

I post updates a lot. :D I feel like every positive moment is a victory that I want to share. Hope y'all are having great days <3

Day 11: Killing it! The mists are parting and the path forward is clear. <3 <3

Y'all, hard day. Forcing myself to face my thoughts and emotions ... hard day. Still clean.

Day 10: Double digits!!! I'm finding so much pleasure in simple daily tasks and mindsets. Coming down off porn has opened life up for me.

It was definitely a difficult day, but I'm proud of myself for being strong and accomplishing my goals. Turning my life around for good!

Day 9 (and day 5 no smoking...other goals). Double digits here I come!!

Take that triggers! *Walks outside and leaves the these shitty demons to rot*

I really like Pintrest, but it used to be a source where I'd look for triggering images. I may use it again, but for now it's deleted!!!!!!!

I was super close to relapsing just now :( Happy to say I was strong enough to take a deep breath and avoid the triggers.

While I have resolved myself to never look at porn again, I haven't internalized the idea of a world without it yet. I have to let go.

Day 8: One week down! I've had urges and triggers, but they are no match for my new will power. Feeling so productive, strong, and loving.

Day 6: I'm feeling so strong. I've been working on nofap for years, but was fighting myself. I'm removing it from my life unified this time.

I'm watching universal man's videos on sexual mastery and rebooting. I think that the way that he approaches porn recovery is working. :)
