Try limiting electronic devices which u used to view Pon atleast in this starting three days.. 7 days is pretty good.. But We are having far to go.. Aren't we?

I'll definetely do that, thanks. Maybe I'll start with blocking some websites and social media.
And yeah, my ultimate goal is to completely quit PMO for a year and allow myself to O, when I finally change into a better person.
