Dusting myself off.

Sober, sane, grateful.

Pissed but sober. F*** PayPal.

Sober. Solidified. Solace. A new week approaches with an opportunity to get better.

Back with a different attitude.

"Thy Will Be Done. I declare it now and forever before 2020. I will be free from the bondage of PMO addiction. I will not waver."

Shame, doubt, regret, loneliness, failures of the present and past will not rule me. Pornography addiction will not conquer me. I'm back.

It's hard starting anything over. Especially when I feel shame from within...but it's more shameful, as a man, to give up doing altogether.

The glass broke last night. I have no excuses besides permitting PMO related substances to govern my judgment system. Day 0.

Day 12. Moving into the domination phase of my recovery phase that is, dominating cognitive dissonance, doubt, and timidness.

All things except for extreme natural born deficiencies must be be conquered by faith and discipline & even then, nothing is impossible.

Double digits but way too early to celebrate. Digging way deeper this week. Temptations x2

Each day is a victory because it has fought with the same fervor as the day before. We are getting better. We are healing.

Continuing the good fight despite it being the weekend. Nothing will shake my resolve.

Super excited made it to my first week! Man...God is good.

Starting the voyage once again. Day 2 on the way.

Back on Track. It's a war not a battle.

Experienced overwhelming withdrawal symptoms and relapsed. Finding it difficult to retain a spirit of faith.
