I managed 30 days in a previous attempt for my ex. I need to find that will for my new girl. Or my next girl. Mainly for me really.

10 days but been feeling some temptations. Managing to suppress them though, thinking of the tangible goals of why I'm aiming for 90 days

The trick is keeping the motivation yourself, when there is no external goal. Try to set an external goal to front your internal battle.
