Anyone else get bad acne when they do NoFap?

Still going

Relapsed this week and I feel like a failure and a let down. I don’t know what I’ll do if I relapse again.

Getting this far on NoFap makes makes me hopeful that I can also overcome my stress eating habit.

30 f’n days, proud and ready for the next 60.

Telling myself daily that butts are meaty sewage pipes and not the hyper-special things society and my lizard brain say they are has helped.

I can’t wait for the day I no longer have pornographic thoughts when I go work out. I just want to see women as people again.

I'd join the subreddit but there's just way too much porn on Reddit. I know you can block NSFW content but I'd rather just not be on it.

I’ve been really struggling with not watching porn. I hate still being stuck in its clutches.

I’m gonna start dating again after No Nut November.

I think I can get behind this cold shower thing. I've been building up my tolerance and it definitely kills all urges.

Still not having the extra energy like I did when I did NoFap before. I’ll keep waiting till it comes back but I hope it comes back soon.

Ran 8.31 miles today. Hard to relapse when you're too tired to move haha.

Day 15, gonna celebrate by reading some Martian Manhunter comics I bought yesterday. My first time ever reading an MM comic too.

I find I think about being a father the most when I do NoFap.

I feel like I have to constantly remind myself not to hyper sexualize women. Then again, I never did that until I started watching porn.

Still haven't noticed the extra energy I had when I'd previously done NoFap. Any other returning Fapstronauts having the same issue?
