Thank you for letting me know that it works for you just as it works for me. 4 am to7 am can make you accomplish more than 6am till 10pm.

The only setback CC is when you reset, the first days are super tough, there can be massive M.O. sessions and can lead back to porn. But I have not touched P so that is good :)

...but waking up a few hours earlier to study, take time to eat a balanced meal, train at the gym before going to work, I feel I accomplish more from 4 am to 7 am, than 6 am to 10 pm

I read a relaxing book before 9PM, it helps me with the shut eye, while having relaxing thoughts too.... close all electronics one hour before sleep. Doing this right now.

Why is waking up early helpful for fighting urges

In my case, waking early in the morning when it is still quiet allows me to read in tranquility coffee candy, eat a light breakfast and hit the gym. When I'm able to accomplish these things from 4 till 8 am, I feel I accomplish more than waking up at 7 am till 10 pm.
