Made it through the long weekend and onto day 14 without P/M. Feeling good, hopeful you all do too because it’s your win as well.

Come on this website. Hit the panic button. Read success stories. I read the Problematic Sexual Behavior forum. It always shocks me back to reality and reminds me why I’m doing this.

Having some strong urges. Long weekend ahead. Going to try to be productive and stay busy. Any advice for overcoming urges?
