Hope long spell away from here means you are doing fantastic!

We cannot run away from our problems in life, but going for a run can certainly have a profound positive effect on life.

The first step in taking control of your life is to decide what you want to change, the second step is to put it in writing.

"Getting clean" was hard, not wanting to go through it again is yet another reason enough not to relapse.

40 days, and 40 nights free. Like the age old story of Noah. I continue to forge forward to a new life having left the old behind.

Faith is taking the first step, when you can't even see how to get where you are going. Keep the faith day by day.

A reboot doesn't mean going back to ways of old after "rebooting". For me, it is a second chance to live the way I wanted the first time.

Any one can tell you what works for them. Only you can figure out what works for you. Be excellent.

Even if you forgive everyone else in your life that has wronged you, to be free you must also forgive yourself.

At first 3 days seemed like forever. 3 weeks has taught me more patience. Day by day we can get better.
