It is time to end this long journey in this mental desert, with PMO mirages tempting me to drink sand.
I went through the last streak by sheer willpower. But having nothing to do, i slowly went back to the thought of pmo. So in this run, I’ll actively learn things, and also have a detailed plan to stick to.
That’s describing exactly how I treat my previous attempts and how I relapsed. From now on, I’ll do each day differently, and not go on as usual.

Before you start over. Make sure you find a serious purpose and a clear goal. Just motivation won't be enaugh. It is 100% worth it trust me. Just don't quit again because quitting can become a habit. I wish you great success!
