  Take a 10-20 minutes nap and you'll feel yourself refreshed. Or a cold shower, go outside, get off the computer/mobile, that usually works

  when u feel like doing it ,just take a ride outside (call your friends bicycle,moped,use your car....),you can exercise more so that you feel exhausted and you will definetly take a shower and go to sleep,
