Well, that's a very good thing, brother. You, having a realistic aim of achieving 7 days. I think, you've achieved that. Now, it's time to level up though ! You must achieve a month without PMO, maybe ? Everyone struggle brother. Yeah, that's true. Every one struggle to control their urges.
The very matter of fact that, you acknowledged, yourself being addicted, makes you stand out from other fappers out there. You decided to make a change. You are standing up, against it. So, don't get too sober, my brother. It takes time like everything else does. So, be patient, and keep going, brother ! :)

If you want to get into Fitness as an outlet for NoPMO,Go to a 24 hour gym.It will ALWAYS fit in with your scheduled NO MATTER WHAT.
This really helped me because late at night if I got an urge,it gave me something to do and it got me out of the house.So i Highly recommend a 24 hour gym!

Checking in at 9:05am on 6-03-2019 I now have 4 days somber and 4 days NoPMO.I for got to check in yesterdays but still got my streak.
I Completed the 7,000 Calorie challenge and lost 12lbs,Then gain it all back but I stopped drinking for only 2 days and i lost 5lbs.
Any way got my videos and non-alcoholic drink see you all at 9am tomrrow nite nite stay safe out there stay sober and keep up your streaks nite.

I burned 7,000 calories on the treadmill last week and iam feeling it today! Ouch and I got and hour of work left!
