    I had noticed, my wet dreams were because of me fantasising. So find out what is your reason and then solve it. Good luck

    ask yourself why you want to quit porn. is it for better brain functioning or just being better in bed? whatever the reason write it down and commit to it 100%. You relapse because deep down somewhere you are still holding on to that shit.

    You made a great point but I think the main reasons of my relapses are wet dreams and lack of discipline, I have no idea how can I prevent wet dreams from making me think about fap :|
