    It's better to remember the road to relapse is - 1) unhealthy emotions 2) denial 3) return of compulsive behaviors 4) become triggered 5) internal choas 6) external turmoil 7) loss of control 8) addictive thinking 9) high risk situations 10) RELAPSE

    What's up Johnny Boy! Man I relapsed Wednesday. Only one day, but I took a week off from social media and the interwebs in order to learn some pretty solid lessons from my fall. Yes relapses while bad, can be used for good.
