    thankyou @Beamer your support is very important to me.Yes we can stumble but if we understand our emotions in that moment, what we were looking for e do a plan surely pmo will go away in a natural way. his is a process to recover life and its little things, emotions, the sexuality. I always say pmo is a pain and nobody should live it but if it happens we can make it an opportunity to be better individuals

    thankyou beamer. Yes I had a relapse but I am continuing improving my life, in socialization, trying to realize my dreams. I can have difficulties for a relapse but now I know I can do it, I can have a beautiful life, I can be happy
