Depression is caused by our consistent thoughts and believes who hold. We need to change this and i also highly recommend you to read "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" by Dale Carnegie, a great self control book with full of real stories and methods to reprogram mind.

What I say might be controversial, but you shouldn't be looking for hope. Look for a plan so that hope isn't a factor in your future. I know you have potential. Seriously, you're here trying to break an addition so that shows an ability to make changes. If it goes too far, please seek help before making a final choice.

Someone will always be out there that wants to reach out, but you can't find it online. It has to be in person, face to face. You got this, man.

175 days is a big achievement :) congrats on that , and im sure you will be making a bigger streak now, no doubt you are a changed person .

Bummer man, sorry to hear that. Try not to binge, binging sucks and it just prolongs the time before your next streak. You did good, dust yourself off and get back at it. Good luck :)

It's fine, you can always start again. Try to not see the goal as the 21 days, because if you're not motivated enough the urges will come stronger past the 21 mark. Celebrate your milestone, but keep your goal as a lifetime free from addiction! You can start all over again!

I feel you man, I relapsed on day 21, though my highest was 54. Strength to us both!

Hey Sharingan, I'm sorry to hear that the urges are difficult to handle, but even those who are very far in their recovery experience them. It's a part of the addicted life you lived that may never leave, but over time, as you recover and grow, it will be easier, I assure you.
