    It is about whether or not they release large amounts of dopamine in your brain or work as triggers, whether or not they drive you away from real life instead of connecting with it and make you get lost in your head.     Theatrics isn't going to get you far. Make changes from within, educate yourself first instead of expecting people to help when you clearly haven't begun helping yourself. Counting each day and agonizing over it, focusing solely on how much you miss PMO is NOT going to get you anywhere. I'm giving it to you straight forward.

    If you want this, make the change first and come back a week later having understood the addiction and why you're abstaining from PMO. If you can't do this basic thing then don't wonder why no one is stepping forward to hear your hollow pleas of help.
