    I get the same thing, i have to watch what i watch (unintended pun..:D) because it can get me into trouble. Sometimes i'll think a movie is clean and then...bam, trigger. When that happens i fast forward as fast as possible, bite my lip and try to forget it lol.

    Then change your strategy. Avoid your triggers at all cost. Keep yourself as busy as possible. Maybe with sport, maybe with reading, whatever fits you. Or try meditating. If you need somebody to talk (or write) with, I and everyone on this forum are willing to help you.
