Two days streak without PMO and youtube with the help of cold turkey.

Every time I couldn't control I use cold turkey to shield me, then my mindpower will follow up. I need to do more. always

I've done what I need to do. Still a long way to pay my due. Stay focused.

I took a glance at the porn, I should never do that, but it is just so close when I work at my computer. But here I am, taking control.

Day 1 for youtube and porn free

Relapsed for a long time, starting today.

RELAPSED yesterday, START AGAIN！

Reset... Hold it for 8 days, now I'll set the goal to be 10 days. I felt the change during abstinence , and I will hold it again.

Almost slip into relapse today, as my partner hurried me to finish the work. I must, will face the challenges ahead. Never jerk them off!!!

Day 4 Be strong, be vigilant and be careful!

Day3 goes smoothly, I notice that something is changing, but no so clear, and the urge is low, consistent, and noticeable. Cnt afford 1 slip

Day 2 I don't feel quite as energized as I thought, for programming I was late for class, Thought this would be a trigger, but it wasn't.

This is my first day here , I just relapsed for staying up too late for giving me an illusion that I could program all night.
