    I know this feeling. Just don't follow this mind when it does like that. Get busy with something else/ go for a walk and do slow breathing/ hit pushups until you are tired. I used to hit puhsups and after some time, urge used to go away. It's ironical how this mind works against us for the demon becomes part of us. Long journey but worth all the efforts.
