***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

Today,
I am grateful for the beetroot salad my beloved made today.
I am grateful for the love and care I receive these days.
I am grateful for having a work to do.

1. I am grateful for the obstacles so far that´ve made me hwo I am;
2. I am grateful that I get the chance to see a picture of myself as a baby everyday to remember me how pure I am deep down and how I would never do something to harm that baby and I would try to meet that baby´s every necessities. I might as well remember that kid is me;
3. I am grateful I´ve respected my boundries the other day. Those boundries define hwo I am and neglecting them is to say I do not exist. so I am grateful for that even though it seemed to be something simple as "I don´t want to go. I want to go home".

 

1. I am grateful for NoFap & threads like this. Really great to have a Journal to keep me honest.
2. I am grateful for having enough. For me to live, save & share!
3. I am grateful for family. And friends who have become as close as family. That's nice to experience.

 

1. I'm grateful for spending time with my friend. After a while, I was able to spend time with my friend and he even offered few job opportunities.
2. I'm grateful for new episode of Modern Family. It's been a quite some time Modern Family released a new episode.
3. I'm grateful for my Sandwich. My sandwich was a red cheddar and tomato sandwich. It was delicious.

 

1. Grateful for survivalism.
2. Grateful for supportive health care.
3. Grateful for the ones that love me, unconditional love and support. I'm very lucky

 

I am grateful for hot tea.
I am grateful for warm clothes.
I am grateful for blankets.

1. I am grateful my "love" gym instructor was at the gym this morning.
2. I am grateful that I talked to her and she seemed pleased to talk back.
3. I am grateful I'm going to my yoga lesson in a few minutes.

 

1. I'm grateful for Tickerfactory for serving as a temporary replacement for the PMO tracker. Shame it only shows months, but it's better than nothing.
2. I'm grateful for a solid workout today.
3. I'm grateful that it's a full moon tonight, I love how awesome the moon looks shining down over the mountains here.

Today,
I am grateful for seeing the full moon last night. It was an amazing sight.
I am grateful for the relationship experiences I had this week.
I am grateful for having had some days off work.

1. I am grateful that I can use the perspective to see that everything happens for a reason. So I am able to see the bright side obout the things that happens;

Arrghh missed two days - Nine Gratitudes!
I am Gratefull it's the weekend - that I have the luxury of not having to go to work
I am Gratefull that work on Friday passed relatively peacably and productively
I am Gratefull that I discovered 'the liturgists' podcast's to listen too while at work
I am Gratefull that I may have found the home of my spirtual community - for now. The local church.
I am Gratefull that I got to, and enjoyed my new semi, AA home-group, on Friday eve.
I am Gratefull for having just watched the film 'Eddie the Eagle'
I am Gratefull for the support and intervention of a few specific members on the NoFap forums - fascilitating my quit of over a month....
I am Gratefull for living on a boat in London - it rock's Literally and figuratively.
I am Gratefull for taking up the trumpet again. At the age of 35.

 

I am grateful for the nice breeze coming through my window as I type.
I am grateful to have the weekend free to plan as I wish.
I am grateful for my future phone calls with family this weekend as well.

 

1. I am grateful for being able to sleep in today and rest up.
2. I am grateful that Anna Kendrix's book is wonderfully adorable and funny.
3. I am grateful that is a new day.
4. I am grateful for finding new music.

 

1. I am thankful for having stumbled across NoFap. It's really helped me in progressing throug life.
   
2. I am thankful that I have gone through yesterday clean.
   
3. I am thankful that my parents are affluent, and that I can buy what I want.

 

I am Gratefull for having woken up - for the opportunity to experience and enjoy another day on this planet.
I am Gratefull for the modern conviniences i have that add comfort to my home - computor, oven, bath etc.
I am Gratefull for yesterday passing with a minimum of demented outbursts

 

Today,
I am grateful for the time well spent with my friends yesterday.
I am grateful for the cold and sunny weather today. Recharging up on sunrays, while freshening up breathing in fresh air. This is only available in cold seasons.
I am grateful for utilizing more and more of my personal power.
