The first thing is to make the decision you want to stop PMO! Next, go to the Reboots Section, and start your own journal over there to record your NoFap journey. . People will write replies for you, and you can write in theirs too. You will make new friends, and discover you are no longer alone in this fight. Choose a pic to use as your avatar. Above all, stay positive. NoFap transformed my life in the brief six months since I joined. I hope it might transform yours too. Be hopeful. You can do this!
