Bad weekend I'm afraid. PMO reset last night (after 15 days, my best run for a while). And started smoking again. So, as of last night: Meditation - 0/21 (best 33) Exercise - 2/21 (best 45) Morning exercise - 1/21 (I missed a day, but unavoidably so as I had a office work all day) Self-improvement - 0/21 Walking - 0/21 (best 49 - last reset 5) No news - 00/21
Stats according to 17/10/2016. 10/90 - No PMO. (Previous attempt was 58). 0/21 - No YouTube and video games when I shouldn't. 0/21 - No nail cutting. 0/21 - No lip biting. 0/21 - Brushing my teeth in mornings without school. 0/21 - Sitting straight. Back to posting here for the holiday break.

Walk the dog every morning and afternoon and evening feed him take shower everyday in the morning try to do some pushup and sit up everyday get college homework done before deadline
