  5. It's entirely up to you, Kal-El. The idea is to do these things every day until we do them every day without thinking, I guess. But if you want to just record as you go - so say, 10/12/21 to say you've done 10 days out of 12 since you started on the way to a target of 21. And you might even have days when work/study/family/life make doing something absolutely impossible - I don't think anyone would mind (and it only matters if you mind, in any case) if you counted on without resetting.

    It's the old problem of counters being all or nothing, isn't it? Over the past few days a number of my journal pals reset. If I'd have had a counter up I'd have briefly had a higher number showing than them and might have looked in a better place. In fact, they'd all (and have) come off long streaks, so a 1 PMO in 170 days, against my 4 in 30, tells a more truthful story. That's why spreadsheets can be a good thing.

    In this challenge, as with all of them, it's probably best just to do your best, be honest with yourself and others, and try to enjoy it! (I should have a Don't Make Overlong Posts challenge, I think!) ;)

    And, after all that. I had a very bad day yesterday in PMO and habit terms - the one leading to the abandonment of the other, so I am resetting a couple!

    I'm really pleased with these numbers. The lowest, for walking, is due to a rest on Friday, but has been pretty constantly ticking up since I started this. No News is great news! That's by a long way the best I've done.

    I gave up smoking on Wednesday. I'm not using any nicotine replacement just going cold turkey. Doing fine, so far, and I gather I should be finished with the physical withdrawals by tomorrow at around 11am (72 hours from my last fag). Haven't added it here. Maybe I will. Maybe I won't.
